Agentschap Telecom in the Netherlands is responsible for the management of the radio frequency spectrum. This body allocates ether frequencies, is responsible for the standardisation of telecommunications equipment, proposes rules for the use of the frequency spectrum and checks whether the rules are being followed.
Programming and administration
Flash will provide the programming of the equipment that you may require and it will take care of the administrative processing in relation to AT. Any related costs for the licence will be invoiced by AT directly to you.
Adding to your licence
You can program the rented equipment using your own allocated frequencies. You must submit a copy of your licence for this. Flash will take care of the correct administrative processing in relation to AT.
Temporary frequency licence
AT has made some frequencies available for the rental of radio communication equipment to Flash in the Netherlands. You can use these free of charge. Flash must, however, be able to inform AT who uses where which frequencies. We charge € 15,00 per rental order for this registration.
The standard rates for temporarily concluded networks of AT will apply should you not wish to register your locations or you require a large number of frequencies. The related costs amount to the following (free of VAT):
|
€ | 612,00 |
|
€ | 152,00 |
|
€ | 0,58 |
A repeater or a trunking system can only be deployed when special conditions apply. You must show that the use of normal radio traffic is too limited or impossible. Flash will substantiate the problem in writing with regard to AT in consultation with your organisation. Should approval be granted, a special frequency will be made available for using the repeater or the trunking system. Related costs depends the time AT needs for administrative processing. AT will send the invoice directly to you.
Permanent frequency licence
You will have to request a permanent licence when using radio equipment for a longer period. We will be more than happy to provide advice regarding the correct choice and the related costs. The licence is usually granted for a period of five years.
