Flash is VCA* certified and all service engineers are certified to perform ATEX repairs on-site or at the Flash location.
Ad Hoc Service
The equipment will be repaired based on costing. You will be sent a quotation listing the repair costs during the repair procedure. The costs for labour amount to € 13,65 per 15 minutes and exclude any required materials. The repaired item will be returned within 5 working days after receipt.

Standard Service
A fixed amount per month will be invoiced depending on of the type of device. Risk coverage includes all wage and material costs. Consumables such as batteries are not included in the service price. A contract period of 3 years with a tacit renewal of 1 month applies to Standard Service. The repaired item will be returned within 5 working days after receipt.

On-Site Service
Regularly your communication equipment will be maintained at your location (preventive) on a fixed and agreed working day. A fixed amount per month will be invoiced depending on of the type of device. Risk coverage will cover the costs related to the following:
- Labour
- Material/components related to technical defects and fault
- Adjustment of equipment
- Conditioning of batteries
- Replacement equipment when repairs have to be performed
- Call-out costs
A contract period of 3 years with a tacit renewal of 1 month applies to On-Site Service.

Customised Service
Your requirements are given priority in relation to Customised Service. A fixed amount per month will be invoiced based on an inventory of your requirement. You can include an adjusted contract duration, a picking up and delivery service and consumable replacement in the contract.
