Breakdown department
Our Breakdown department can also be reached on the above telephone number for urgent faults and failures outside office hours. You can choose between two options from the voice response system:
- To be called back on the next working day.
- To be called back within 30 minutes by the service engineer who is on call.
It should be clear that you should only select the second option if you have a very serious fault or failure to report that requires immediate action.
Repair form
Your faulty Motorola, Kenwood and Tait equipment can be returned to us by using the repair form. You can, of course, receive a quotation in advance.
