Two large hospitals with together over eight hundred beds look at patients and employees as parts of the circle of care. Flash realises for a long time the radiocommunication for both hospitals.
Hospital employees who have to communicate directly to each other are the people of bed transport, security, technical service and the emergency response team. On each location one can reach each other via repeaters which garantee a good signal quality. Via private lines the repeaters efficiently make use of the provided frequencies. Also the wish was to reach employees on the other location. This option is available by opening a line connection on each two-way radio.
The emergency button on each two-way radio can be activated when lone-workers are in dangerous situations. The central unit and other employees can give in this way specific assistence. After a calamity the hospitals use voice-logging to hear what exactly happened. On the Motorola GP360 display radios fire warnings are also shown.
Maxima Medisch Centrum has a Standard Plus service contract; once a year preventative maintenance is given on the radiocommunication system and when there are problems with the radios replacement equipment is provided.
