Animal Shelter Amsterdam
The largest animal shelter in the Netherlands is dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats and finding new homes for them. Each year, the shelter takes in some 2.000 animals, including not only strays but also pets whose owners are compelled to give them up for adoption. The Pet & Breakfast kennel and Dierentaxi pet transport service help raise money to cover care costs.
The shelter uses 14 Motorola GP344 two-way radios and a fixed mobile radio for emergency response purposes and emergency situations, for example if dogs are fighting in the kennels. Flash offered the shelter the opportunity to try the radios for an extended free trial period. Carrying comfort was the deciding factor: the shelter ultimately chose the GP344 model, which is easy to pocket.

KNLTB - Amersfoort
The Davis Cup is the well-known event of the Royal Dutch Lawn Tennis Association (KNLTB), but certainly not the only one. A large amount of national championships and also KNLTB Masters are certain KNLTB events. Large events where communication is critical for success. For example during the Davis Cup; approximately ten volunteers are driving the players and coaches from location to location. To stay in contact with them KNLTB uses GSM telephones from Flash.
Also the smaller events regularly rent Flash equipment, specially two-way radios; it's an easy way to keep contact with each other. KNLTB rents radios for the long term to guarantee all Flash services during use.

Duinrell - Wassenaar
A day out or a wonderful holiday: Holiday and amusement park Duinrell in Wassenaar offers visitors wet and wild fun in the Tiki pool, adventure in the amusement park, rest and relaxation in a Duingalow or campsite, and enjoyment of the woods, dunes, beach and sea.
For years, the 80 permanent and 350 season employees have faithfully relied on Flash two-way radios while they look after the parks technology and security, monitor of the 400 Duingalows, and provide service at Duinrell. Two repeaters are used to enhance the signal of the Motorola radios across the vast grounds. The counsellors at the six-week summer camp for kids also use Flash radios, which are programmed to a different frequency.
For technical support Duinrell makes use of Ad Hoc Service, to their full satisfaction.

KNVB - Zeist

The events department of the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) gives shape to the organisation of something that appeals to some half of the Dutch population; the Dutch national football team. Staff have contact with the field; when can the players take the field? Are there enough programmes everywhere, is support needed for ticket sales? Guests are received and contact is made with the TV and radio outside broadcast vans.
The staff use their radios with discretion along with earphones. Calls can then only be heard by the staff member. A repeater is erected at each match to create the best possible range. The Royal Dutch Football Association rents radios for the long term to guarantee all Flash services during use.
